I have not found a Vancouver dry cleaner I have been completely happy with. You can try Fletchers Fabricare, and speak to Meena who is a supervisor there. Let her know about your shirt, any special requests you may have, and ask for a hand press.
Alternatively, you can send your garment to Rave Fabricare (www.ravefabricare.com) in Arizona, by far the best in North America.
